Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide and mentor a team of educators to greatness, focusing on an Image of Child philosophy.
  • Develop and evaluate programs based on a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Mentor educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation, promoting excellence in teaching practice.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A commitment to excellence in early childhood education and care.
  • Prior leadership experience in mentoring educators, with a focus on staff development and growth.
  • A relevant qualification, such as an ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Current registration with the Working with Children Check.
