We are seeking a skilled Pool Shop Manager to join our retail team, providing pool servicing and maintenance expertise to a loyal customer base.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting customers with in-store and over phone enquiries
  • Completing water tests and providing advice on pool maintenance
  • Advising customers on pool equipment selection
  • Coordinating onsite service schedules and managing inventory
  • Ordering stock for the shop and mobile technicians
  • Managing staff and rosters, working autonomously or as part of a team

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in the pool industry preferred
  • Product knowledge and water chemistry expertise
  • Ability to troubleshoot pool and equipment problems
  • High level of computer literacy, including POS and MYOB knowledge
  • Multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Physical fitness to handle goods up to 20kg
