Key Role

The principal electrical engineer will lead large-scale projects across Asia-Pacific, managing the design and execution of advanced electrical systems while ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex data center projects, overseeing the design and execution of high-performance electrical systems.
  • Developing innovative solutions by leveraging cutting-edge technologies to address the unique needs of data centers.
  • Guiding junior engineers in technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Representing the firm in client-facing engagements, offering expert advice and insights that contribute to project success and long-term relationships.
  • Driving business growth and development through strategic direction and contributions to business development, project acquisition, and practice expansion.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Recognized tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in Electrical Engineering within a consulting environment, with a proven track record of leadership in complex projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in designing, developing, and delivering complex electrical systems.
  • Able to lead teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to business strategy.
  • Expertise in industry-standard software and design tools relevant to Electrical Engineering.
