About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to lead our kitchen team during early operations. As the heartbeat of our mornings, you will be responsible for preparing and plating high-quality dishes that delight our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the breakfast section with confidence and calm;
  • Prepare and plate consistently high-quality dishes with a focus on seasonality and flavor;
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth early operations;
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and prepped kitchen environment;
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times;
  • Mentor junior kitchen staff and provide guidance as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef in a breakfast or high-volume kitchen;
  • You thrive during early shifts and enjoy working in fast-paced environments;
  • You have proven experience motivating a diverse kitchen team and driving results in high-pressure situations;
  • Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to multitask;
  • Confidence in cooking eggs, pastries, and balanced breakfast dishes;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with front-of-house staff and other departments.
