Seeking All-Rounder Barista

As an all-rounder, you will be responsible for making coffee and working on the till, providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make high-quality coffee and maintain a clean and organised workspace
  • Provide exceptional customer service and work effectively with the team
  • Follow health and safety protocols and procedures related to food and workplace safety
  • Maintain a positive attitude, even during busy periods
  • Adapt to competing demands and follow instructions from management

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in similar roles
  • Ability to serve 5kg coffee independently
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Self-motivated and adaptable with attention to detail

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 20 hours per week. Potential flexibility to work weekends in other stores.
