Job Title: Multi-Talented Coffee Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi-Talented Coffee Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting exceptional coffee beverages, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coffee Crafting Expertise:
    • Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry.
    • Ensure consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
    • Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, taking and fulfilling orders promptly.
    • Engage with customers to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • All-Round Skills:
    • Assist in general cafe duties, including cashier responsibilities, food preparation, and maintaining a clean workspace.
    • Be adaptable to various tasks to contribute to the smooth operation of the cafe.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Stay informed about our menu items, including food offerings, and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Barista, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques.
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Multitasking abilities to manage both coffee preparation and other cafe tasks.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

Experience:

  • 1 year of experience as a Barista (preferred).
  • 1 year of experience in customer service (preferred).
  • 1 year of experience in food handling (preferred).

Work Requirements:

  • Australian work authorization.
  • Ability to commute to Belrose, NSW 2085.
