About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Executive to join our team at Zenith USA. As a key member of our media buying team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results across offline channels, including TV, radio, and OOH.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in campaign implementation across offline channels, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Track and optimize campaigns, providing regular post-analysis reports to the team and clients.
  • Deliver insightful final buys, highlighting key metrics and potential issues.
  • Lead daily holdings checking, material management, and POPs execution.
  • Build strong relationships with creative agency partners and media vendors.
  • Provide clients with market intelligence and regular tracking reports.
  • Negotiate make goods, compensation, and shortfalls across all media channels.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in media buying/activations roles within the industry.
  • Desire to learn and grow knowledge in offline channels.
  • Competency in investment processes, tools, and buying fundamentals.
  • Strong understanding of audience trends and client media contracts.
  • Proficiency in relevant systems, including BCC, e TAM, TARDIIS, MOVE, Asteroid, Microsoft Office, and Nielsen Answers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Prioritization and time management skills.
