Job Title: Senior Business Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Business Consultant, you will play a key role in assisting with customer inquiries, assigned accounts, and renewals. Your responsibility will be to translate complex technical issues into tangible solutions, collaborate with customers and aligned account teams, and develop deep technical understanding of their Heroku & Salesforce implementation.

The ideal candidate will have experience deploying applications on Heroku, relevant work experience in Technical Sales, Technology Consulting, Customer Success, or similar fields. You should be able to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. Additionally, you should have aptitude for both analyzing technical concepts and translating them into business terms, and for mapping business requirements into technical features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with customers, share technical best practices, and manage customer expectations and communications.
  • Become an expert on a customer's implementation by knowing their top business goals and priorities.
  • Help customers achieve their business goals and outcomes by providing timely, proactive recommendations.
  • Attain Trusted Advisor status with both key business and technical decision-makers.
  • Work seamlessly with internal cross-functional teams to drive solution success for customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience deploying applications on Heroku.
  • Relevant work experience in one or more of the following: Technical Sales, Technology Consulting, Customer Success, Technology Solutions Development, Technical and/or Solutions Architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Aptitude for both analyzing technical concepts and translating them into business terms, and for mapping business requirements into technical features.
  • Knowledge of software development process and of software design methodologies.
