About Our CFC Team Member Role

We are excited to introduce a new way of fulfilling online orders and delivering smiles to our customers.

Our team combines technology with teamwork to create a safe and welcoming environment where everyone feels valued.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Bagging: Ensure accurate and efficient bagging into totes ready for packing.
  • Dekit: Effectively manage empty totes to be restocked in the hive.
  • Tote Washing: Maintain high standards of cleanliness by inspecting and washing totes.
  • Decanting: Safely remove stock from packaging and relocate to the hive across various stations.
  • Picking: Pack customer orders efficiently and accurately across different stations.
  • Frame Loading: Coordinate frames, including loading totes onto frames and positioning them accordingly.
  • Loading: Transport full frames onto delivery vans and remove empty frames.
About You and Your Skills

We seek an individual who demonstrates strong focus on safety, exceptional customer service skills, and commitment to continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent attention to detail and accuracy, as well as strong teamwork abilities with a willingness to adapt in fast-paced environments.

Additionally, they should be comfortable working independently and following established procedures.
