About the Role:

The Sponsor Coverage Analyst will be responsible for supporting the growth of our sponsor coverage team, focusing on customer servicing and risk management. This critical support will involve preparing pitch books and discussion materials, as well as coordinating relationships with financial sponsor clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality pitch books and discussion materials to facilitate thematic dialogue and origination of M&A financing mandates.
  • Support senior team members in dialogues of financing transactions, including structuring, valuation analysis, and peer analysis.
  • Coordinate relationships with Financial Sponsor clients across Private Equity, Infra, and Real Estate sectors.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with different sponsor relationship teams, including FI, LAF, and Sector Coverage teams.
  • Maintain compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring all necessary protocols are met.

Requirements:

We're seeking candidates with 2+ years of experience in a leading bank or non-bank financial institution, holding an undergraduate degree in a business-related field. Essential skills include debt transaction experience, presentation development, and a focus on leveraged and acquisition finance. Strong credit analysis skills, proficiency in Microsoft products, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
