The Sponsor Coverage role will play a key part in the growth of the sponsor coverage team.

  • You'll prepare pitches and materials to facilitate thematic dialogue, origination of financing mandates, and strategic financing dialogue with financial sponsors.
  • You'll support senior team members in dialogues of financing transactions (structuring, valuation analysis, peer analysis).
  • You'll help coordinate relationships with Financial Sponsor clients across Private Equity, Infrastructure, Real Estate.
  • You'll ensure appropriate coordination with different sponsor relationship teams including FI, LAF, and Sector Coverage teams.
  • You'll ensure all regulatory requirements are met.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 2+ years' experience at a leading financial institution.
