Job Title: Outdoor Environment Manager

About the Job:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the outdoor spaces and landscapes of our 4,400-acre facility in Alice Springs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain roads, parking areas, and jogging trails
  • Maintain Fire Breaks, including existing mowed area between Support Area single fence and tree line
  • Maintain West calibration tower area including fence and easement route
  • Maintain Security Clear Zone between single and double fence line; Along all fences (i.e., security, barbed wire property livestock fence); and Residential properties within the USG's portfolio

Requirements:

  • Must be a US or Australian citizen
  • Must Possess an active US Secret or AUS NV-1 Clearance
  • Requires High School graduation or equivalent
  • Must have a minimum of three years of groundskeeping experience
