Physiotherapist - Strength and Conditioning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team at Kieser Australia, a network of integrated Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, and Strength & Conditioning Clinics. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work with clients across various backgrounds and conditions, utilizing evidence-based methods to achieve optimal outcomes.
Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Job DescriptionAs a Physiotherapist - Strength and Conditioning Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with a diverse range of healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for clients with musculoskeletal and sporting injuries.
- Providing expert guidance on long-term strength training benefits and traditional physiotherapy methods to empower clients in achieving positive outcomes.
- Utilizing state-of-the-art rehab equipment and diagnostics to inform clinical decisions and guide treatment progress.
- Maintaining strong relationships with external referrers and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Delivering high-quality service that consistently meets Kieser's standards of excellence.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- AHPRA-recognised Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
- Active and current Professional Indemnity Insurance.
- First Aid Certification.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Working with Children Check.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Physiotherapy or a related field.
