**Claims Advisor Role Overview**
At Allianz, we value expertise in claims management. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your technical knowledge and skills in driving performance and developing strategic initiatives.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide high-quality claims advice and collaborative consultation to ensure prompt and compliant claims finalisation procedures are monitored and adhered to.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with other claims specialists and managers to ensure the effective management of claims and advocate for alternative strategies as required to progress the claim towards timely finalisation.
- Providing technical claims management advice by responding promptly and accurately to claim referrals.
- Assisting managers as needed in identifying and implementing new ideas that create value for customers, staff, and stakeholders.
Requirements include:
- Technical experience in driving performance and developing strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrated liability or personal injury management expertise in workers compensation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
