Job Opportunity

Valuation Expertise Required

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Valuation Modelling and Economics (VME) team. The ideal candidate will have experience in valuations of businesses and intangible assets, with a strong analytical background and proficiency in financial modelling.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to provide strategic advice on preserving, optimising, raising or investing capital. You will be responsible for undertaking valuations of businesses and intangible assets for various purposes, including management planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), tax, financial reporting, and disputes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking valuations of businesses and intangible assets using various techniques and methodologies
  • Managing and preparing valuation reports, including assessment of strategic options for transformation initiatives and detailed financial modelling and analysis
  • Maintaining positive, productive, and professional relationships with client personnel, other project teams, and colleagues
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business
  • Approximately 3 to 7 years of related work experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, organisational, interpersonal, and teaming skills
  • An open, curious mind and a desire to continually develop yourself and others

You will also have the opportunity to work with a range of clients, from CEOs to private equity firms, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that drive real-world value.
