Conveyance Transaction Coordinator

Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and experience in residential and commercial conveyancing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft contracts, prepare settlement statements, and liaise with clients, banks, agents, and other stakeholders.
- Review contracts and property searches, identify issues, and escalate where necessary.
- Coordinate settlements using online platforms (e.g., PEXA or equivalent).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, databases, and document management systems.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the business owner.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Collaborate with the business owner to problem-solve and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Assist with business sale and purchase transactions.
- Prepare retail and commercial leases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 12 months of experience in conveyancing (residential and/or commercial).
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and relevant legal documentation.
- Experience using conveyancing software and online settlement platforms (e.g., PEXA, InfoTrack).
- Excellent time management skills, ability to manage a high-volume workload and quick turnaround of matters.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine team player.
