Job Description

Parity Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products are industry-leading and meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to develop and implement product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge and expertise to provide informed recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Identify and prioritize product enhancements and simplification initiatives to ensure alignment with overall product strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar support role within the Mortgages/Home loans industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of home loan products and credit policy.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
