Job Title: Development Coordinator

This role is responsible for overseeing the operational facets of fundraising and marketing programs. The coordinator will support fundraising growth through management of the fundraising database, oversight of special events, and administrative components of the Development Department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Manage donor database including accurate input, updating donor information, and generating necessary reports for the Development and Finance Departments.">
  • Ensure timely and accurate management of gift records and donor acknowledgment while maintaining data integrity across all records.">
  • Manage administrative and clerical aspects of the Development Department including meeting coordination, minutes, filing, data entry, correspondence, and mailings.">
  • Coordinate special events associated with Agency fundraising goals including logistical planning, implementation, maintaining relationships with vendors, and adhering to budgetary requirements.">
  • Solicit in-kind support for events and Agency operations.">
  • Support community members in planning special events and initiatives.">
  • Oversee volunteer activities for the Agency.">
  • Maintain social media accounts, email campaigns, web content, and electronic and print Agency publications/collateral materials.">

Qualifications:

">

Bachelor's degree and five years non-profit development, administrative, and database experience required. Must have excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills as well as a high level of computer literacy.
