We are seeking dedicated, qualified swim instructors and lifeguards who will deliver effective, engaging, and enjoyable at-home swimming lessons to clients of all ages.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about teaching life-saving water safety skills, looking for a fun, flexible, and impactful role, and willing to travel to various home and condo pools to teach incredible families within their local community.

The successful candidate will be highly skilled in providing high-quality swimming lessons and lifeguard services to clients at their home or condo pools.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential Requirements:

  • Australian Swimming Qualifications (Austswim, Royal Life Saving, Swim Australia or Southern Education)
  • Current CPR Qualifications
  • Working with Children Check
  • Police Check or willing to obtain
  • Poll Lifeguard Qualifications (Lifeguard applicants only)
  • Access to reliable transportation

Desired Qualifications:

  • First Aid or willing to obtain
  • Teacher of Babies and Toddlers / Infant and Preschool Aquatics
  • Teacher of Competitive Swimming / Competitive Strokes
  • Teacher of Access and Inclusion
  • Teacher of Adolescents and Adults
