Job Title:

Estimator - Regional NSW

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team and work on various commercial projects throughout Regional NSW.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for tendering on commercial projects up to $25m, ensuring that all submissions meet the required standards and specifications.

You will also be expected to work closely with the project team to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tendering on commercial projects up to $25m
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Working closely with the project team to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
  • Ensuring that all submissions meet the required standards and specifications
Requirements:
  • Experience working on tenders at a minimum value up to $25m
  • Construction Management degree or other relevant tertiary education
  • Exceptional construction knowledge & a solid trade base in Regional NSW
  • Experience with Buildsoft, Aconex or similar software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships in the construction industry
