We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Professional to provide exceptional support to our Chief Operating Officer.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Perth CBD. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the COO and General Managers, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Manage internal and external meetings for COO & GM's, produce and collate monthly board reports, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.

Liaise with national office administrators to implement consistent and efficient policies and practices.

Familiarize yourself with WHS and QMS systems, policies, and procedures, and identify business process improvements and efficiencies within your area.

Provide exceptional customer service, handle general and ad hoc administrative tasks, and process incoming and outgoing mail and express post daily.

Book travel arrangements for staff as required, and organize internal functions and supplies as needed.

**Requirements:**

Demonstrated capacity to maintain confidentiality, exceptional organizational and time management skills, and strong communication skills.

Advanced MS Office skills, strong interpersonal skills, and previous experience as a PA supporting COO/GM teams.
