Job Title: Clinical Healthcare Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Healthcare Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development, provision, and evaluation of Child and Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS) – Early Years.
The ideal candidate will have extensive clinical experience and advanced clinical competencies together with extensive experience working in a senior capacity delivering services in an Early Years Mental Health environment.
The Clinical Healthcare Professional will draw upon their professional competencies to improve clinical service outcomes through effective research and quality improvement activities, and actively participate statewide and nationally, in relevant research, publication, and education.
- Demonstrated extensive experience working with vulnerable families, including high-level knowledge and practical application of Tasmanian Legislation and Frameworks.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, conceptual, and analytical skills with the ability to make independent or collaborative judgements.
