Glenvill Homes is seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead our construction projects in Donnybrook and Wollert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring quality, time, and budget are met.
  • Establish and maintain a quality trade base to facilitate construction.
  • Supervise trades on site, ensuring the building process is followed and OH&S, quality, and regulatory guidelines are met.
  • Ensure paperwork, forward planning, and reports occur as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supervising medium-density builds.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Demonstrated planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A strong customer focus, ability to multi-task, and flexible approach.
  • The ability to read and interpret plans.
  • Ability to use basic computer operating systems and software.
  • The capability to build rapport across all levels of the business.
  • A current driver's license is a requirement for this role.
