The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of quality homes to our clients. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with tradespeople and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Quality Homes: Ensure that all homes are built to the highest standards of quality and meet the expectations of our clients.
  • Schedule Trades and Subcontractors: Effectively manage the scheduling of tradespeople and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure OH&S Obligations: Ensure that all OH&S obligations are met, and that the site is a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all work meets the required standards.
  • Client Liaison: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, and ensure that their needs are met throughout the construction process.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and control the budget for each project, and ensure that costs are kept to a minimum.

About You

We are looking for a Site Manager who has a strong background in construction and project management. You will have a minimum of 24 months experience in a similar role, and will be able to demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
