About the Role:

As a Project Manager - Implementation at Spotlight Retail Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of new store projects, renovations, and relocations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple store projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Adhere to strict OH&S guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on project progress.
  • Provide support for fixture development and placement.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Onsite management of contractors.

About You:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within retail.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for retail and a drive for excellence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
