Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Concrete Transport Specialist to join our team. As an Agitator Driver, you will play a crucial role in delivering concrete to our customers. Operating agitators, you will ensure timely and safe transportation of concrete from plants to construction sites.

About the Role

  • Safely operate agitator trucks to deliver concrete to customers.
  • Adhere to prescribed delivery schedules for timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and paperwork.
  • Inspect vehicles before and after each trip, reporting maintenance or safety issues.
  • Comply with traffic regulations and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure your vehicle is in good working condition before and after each trip, and report any issues to the relevant authorities.
  2. Delivery Schedules: Adhere to prescribed delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery of concrete to customers.
  3. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers.
  4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries and paperwork.
  5. Safety Procedures: Inspect vehicles before and after each trip, and comply with safety procedures at all times.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A valid HR driver's license.
  • Proven experience as a professional driver with 6 months' on-road HR experience.
  • Strong understanding of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
  • Physical ability to load and unload concrete.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
