About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Tennis Coach to join our team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs.

As a Tennis Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tennis programs and events for adults and children, while ensuring the safety and well-being of our members.

You will also be responsible for organizing teams, leagues, and ladders, as well as overseeing the interclub competition and internal tournaments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver tennis programs that meet the needs of our members
  • Organize and manage teams, leagues, and ladders
  • Oversee the interclub competition and internal tournaments
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of members
  • Provide professional communication and interaction with members
Requirements
  • Tennis Australia Club Professional Qualification or Junior Development Coaching Qualification (or overseas equivalent)
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Australian Residency or be eligible to work in Australia
  • A minimum of 2 years experience
  • Current Senior First Aid
