About Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs

We are a dynamic and innovative health and lifestyle club seeking a highly skilled Tennis Coach to join our team. As a Tennis Coach, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality tennis programs and events for our members, while also contributing to the overall success of our club.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Development: Design and deliver engaging tennis programs for adults and children, including team leagues, tournaments, and social events.
  • Member Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive club culture, ensuring members feel valued and supported throughout their tennis journey.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with members, staff, and external partners to promote our club and its services.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth operation of tennis programs and events, adhering to club policies and procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance member experience and contribute to the development of new programs and services.

Requirements

  • Tennis Qualifications: Tennis Australia Club Professional Qualification or Junior Development Coaching Qualification (or overseas equivalent).
  • Working with Children Check: Current Working with Children Check.
  • Australian Residency: Australian Residency or eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in tennis coaching or a related field.
  • First Aid: Current Senior First Aid certification.
