Job Role

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the Pavements capability and drive business growth.

This role will require strategic planning, technical expertise, and exceptional leadership skills to deliver results-oriented outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • To provide operational, technical, and business development direction for the Pavements capability in line with our vision and values.
  • To ensure effective capability development and mobilization of the Pavements capability nationwide.
  • To manage national client relationships and foster long-term partnerships.
Key Requirements
  • At least 20 years of industry experience in transport infrastructure design or related fields.
  • A proven track record in Manager/Lead roles within engineering consulting organizations.
  • Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong client relationship skills and ability to produce high-quality documents.
  • Leadership skills to develop teams for performance and cohesion.
