
Contractual Management Specialist

A Contracts Administrator is responsible for ensuring the effective management of contracts and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
The role will involve administering high-value head contracts and subcontracts, managing large claim assessments, preparing and submitting variations for both contract and subcontractors.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in these areas and be confident in building effective working relationships with project managers and team members.
The position requires a customer-focused individual who can build strong relationships with our clients, sub-contractors, and their representatives.
Previous experience in Aconex, Cheops, Hammertech and MSSuite is desirable, as is the ability to learn new software systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Demonstrated experience in administering high value head contracts and subcontracts.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large claim assessments.
- Ability to prepare, assess and submit variations for both contract and subcontractors.
- Confidence in building effective working relationships with project managers and team members.
- Customer-focused and able to build strong relationships with our clients, sub-contractors, and their representatives.
- Experience in administration and previous experience in or ability to learn Aconex, Cheops, Hammertech and MSSuite.
