About Your Role
  • Create exceptional guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset.
  • Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve daily goals and challenges.
  • Take pride in your work environment, ensuring it's well-stocked and ready to impress at all times.
  • Be versatile and trained in all areas, bringing your A game whether you're behind the bar, at reception, or running a function.
  • Adhere to all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and colleagues safe.
  • Achieve high standards and anticipate our guests' needs.
Your Qualities
  • Uniqueness and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, positivity – and bucketloads of it.
  • Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building rapport with diverse customers.
  • A desire to interact with a range of guests – teens, kids and adults.
  • Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights.
  • A valid RSA and WWCC or eagerness to obtain them.
