Job Description:

As a Sales Consultant, you will collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing great customer service, product knowledge, and a seamless point of sale transaction
  • Utilizing available tools to stay up-to-date with the latest products and share that knowledge with customers
  • Contributing to the smooth operations of the store through effective management of stock and loss prevention
  • Maintaining visual merchandising and presenting the store in accordance with brand standards
  • Living and role-modeling the Country Road Group values, collaborating with your store team to deliver results
