Job Summary
Coforge is seeking a highly skilled Test Manager to lead the delivery of multiple projects within the Store Customer Testing platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, quality assurance, and testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and identify testing resourcing needs to ensure efficient and effective utilization of the testing team.
- Provide testing estimates for projects, or validate and review peer submissions, and track actual against estimated.
- Ensure correct translation of functional, technical, infrastructure, and data requirements into testing specifications/test cases.
- Manage relationships with external vendors/partners relating to testing functions, including ensuring adherence to quality measurements defined in SOWs.
- Identify and support the implementation of automation.
- Facilitate defect management meetings and across all defects.
Requirements
- 8.0 to 12.5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong background in project management, quality assurance, and testing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Desirable Skills
- SELENIUM/JAVASCRIPT.
