Aon is seeking a dedicated Insurance Broking Administrator to collaborate closely with our Senior Brokers in delivering exceptional client service. This role is an excellent opportunity to launch or advance your career in the insurance broking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Senior Brokers with client insurance policies and requirements.
  • Engage with clients through various communication channels to address their insurance needs.
  • Participate in the pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal processes, including preparing quotations and renewal documentation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation, submission, and invoicing of insurance policies.
  • Attend client meetings and contribute to tender processes, renewals, claims, and other broking activities.
  • Foster strong relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives, and Client Managers.
  • Enhance client satisfaction through exceptional customer service.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

This position is ideal for individuals eager to advance their careers in insurance broking while working alongside a skilled team. The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience in supporting Senior Brokers with client accounts.
  • Background in client service, underwriting, claims, or insurance broking.
  • Familiarity with general insurance products.
  • Tier 1 - Insurance Broking qualification or a willingness to obtain this qualification.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
