Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth and implement strategies to exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage end-to-end deal flow, from warm lead to successful settlement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and lenders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategy and operational improvements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial services – asset finance experience not required.
  • A track record in sales leadership or team management.
  • Target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to coach and develop professionals to lift performance.
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks in financial services.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, Google Suite, and financial software.
