Automation Test Developer

We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Developer to fill this key role at our organization. As a crucial member of our QA team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts for web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Automated Test Scripts: Create efficient and effective automated test scripts for web applications using Cypress.
  • Build and Execute Mobile Automation Frameworks: Utilize Appium or similar tools to build and execute mobile automation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with development, product, and QA teams to identify test requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
  • Mentor Junior Team Members: Mentor junior team members and contribute to QA best practices and process improvements.

Required Skills:

  • Cypress Experience: Hands-on experience with Cypress is mandatory.
  • Mobile Test Automation: Proficiency in mobile test automation using Appium or similar tools is also mandatory.
  • Agile/Scrum Environment: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is essential.

Preferred Skills:

  • Performance Testing Tools: Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter is preferred.
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in leading QA efforts or mentoring team members is also desirable.

This is a mid-senior level position requiring strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
