Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned software engineer to lead the development of complex backend systems and APIs that drive digital transformation.

This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to design decisions, and shape the solution direction for a major banking integration program.

The ideal candidate will possess strong Java engineering experience, including multithreading, performance tuning, and exception handling.

  • Deep expertise in Spring Boot, particularly in enterprise environments.

  • Experience building and consuming REST APIs, with a bonus for API Gateway exposure.

  • Strong understanding of message-based architectures, preferably JMS, Kafka, or MQ.

  • Ability to deploy to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and work with Docker/Kubernetes-based environments.

  • Proven track record of designing clean, scalable, and secure backend systems.

  • Exposure to Backbase or similar digital banking platforms is a plus.
