Financial Planner

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a Financial Planning Specialist to manage financial analysis and cost management support across production.

• Developing detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for project planning and management
• Analysing production costs, identifying variances, and recommending corrective actions to ensure projects stay on track
• Providing regular cost reporting and performance analysis
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to gather and analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide insights
• Implementing and maintaining effective cost control systems and processes

• Demonstrated experience of cost / project accounting within the manufacturing industry is preferred
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, budgeting, financial and variance analysis
• Proficiency in using financial software and data analysis tools
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
