Expert Financial Planner

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your financial expertise and drive business success. As a Cost Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality financial analysis and cost management support across production.

Key responsibilities include:

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts to inform project planning and management.
• Cost Management: Analyse production costs, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to ensure projects stay on budget.
• Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular cost reporting and performance analysis to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders to gather and analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide insights.
• Process Improvement: Implement and maintain effective cost control systems and processes.

• Demonstrated experience in cost/project accounting within the manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, budgeting, financial and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in using financial software and data analysis tools, such as SAP, Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
