Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled SCADA Expert to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your SCADA programming and troubleshooting knowledge to work with a variety of professionals within the renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and perform routine SCADA system maintenance according to established protocols
  • Provide Level 1 support for SCADA and OT systems at Wind Power Parks, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance
  • Troubleshoot onsite and remote on SCADA Hardware and Software, including networks, to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Install and configure SCADA systems to meet specific project requirements
  • Action tickets and work orders in a timely manner, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for future reference and knowledge sharing
  • Support SCADA engineers through onsite assistance and provide after-hours support as needed
Requirements:
  • Technical education in IT, Electronics or related fields
  • Hands-on experience with server operating systems (Windows, Linux), SQL databases, and administrative functionalities
  • Familiarity with Industrial SCADA systems, PLC programming, and communication protocols
  • Strong understanding of detailed engineering principles, including SCADA system design, fibre optic network architecture, and configuration
  • A valid driver's license is required for this position
