Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our Food and Beverage team as an All-Rounder. This role requires someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong background in customer-facing roles.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues alike
  • Serve, clean, and reset tables throughout all service periods
  • Proficiently serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of food and beverage offerings throughout the venue
  • Communicate effectively with team members, kitchen staff, and other operational areas
  • Efficiently operate point-of-sale systems
  • Contribute to achieving team targets for sales and venue success
  • Ensure all work areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures as directed by management
  • Follow safe work practices for all areas of the hotel
  • Comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol regulations
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management
About You
  • You possess proficient English language skills
  • You are eager to learn, grow, and develop within the organization
  • You have competent cash handling skills
  • You are available to work night shifts and weekends
