The ideal candidate will lead a dynamic team, driving real growth in a large venue. This is a full-time leadership opportunity that requires a passionate and emerging people leader ready to coach, inspire, and elevate a high-performing team.
We are at the forefront of recreation and leisure industry, operating in 250+ locations across Australia and New Zealand.

Our facility offers a range of services including aquatics, health club, café, gym and allied health services.
About the Role:
- Lead from the front, motivate and empower a large, passionate team, with autonomy to deliver real change to the centre.
- Bring strategic oversight and day-to-day leadership to ensure a thriving and engaging facility.
- Manage the financial performance of the facility and drive guest experience, sales & retention.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing and operating a facility in leisure or service-related industry.
- Business and financial management skills.
- Passion for coaching, developing and mentoring staff.
- Practical knowledge of operational management.
- Energetic, innovative and inclusive leadership style.
