The Role
We are seeking a General Services Officer to join our team at our residential facility in Randwick. As a General Services Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily operations of the facility, including cleaning, maintenance, and administrative tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment
Requirements
- A current National Criminal Record Check
- Completed a Certificate III in Hospitality or Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of Food Safety standards
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of current HACCP guidelines
- Experience in a wide range of cooking, diet, and nutritional requirements
- Ability to work in a team in a fast-paced environment
