English Faculty Leadership Role

The role of Head of English Faculty is a key position that supports the development of our students beyond the classroom.

This leadership role involves overseeing the quality of instruction, ensuring assessments are valid and appropriately reported, managing staff within the faculty, and maintaining accurate curriculum documentation.

In addition to leading the faculty, you will also have a teaching load commensurate with the position. As a leader in the faculty, your focus will be on strategic goals related to student achievement, teacher engagement, and performance.
