Seasonal Team Members Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Seasonal Retail Team Members to join our team during the festive period. As a Seasonal Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and supporting management with merchandising and visual standards.

About the Role:

  • Greet guests who enter the boutique and provide them with a warm welcome.
  • Assist guests as they enter the boutique, providing them with product information and recommendations.
  • Support management with merchandising and maintaining visual standards throughout the store.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and inviting environment in line with workplace health and safety guidelines.
  • Re-stock shelves and monitor inventory levels to ensure that products are always available for customers.
  • Create a memorable and enjoyable experience for every customer.
