As a Quality Engineering Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality and compliance across products and processes.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of quality engineers, fostering initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Lead and manage a team of quality engineers to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes.
Responsibilities
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve warranty PPM, customer PPM, and COPQ.
- Establish in-process product inspection standards by studying manufacturing methods and devising testing procedures.
- Set raw material standards through studying manufacturing and engineering requirements, negotiating with suppliers, and developing testing methods.
- Maintain product quality by enforcing quality policies, management systems, and government requirements, collaborating on product and process improvements.
- Perform trend analysis to identify SKUs affecting revenue and coordinate with other functions for corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
