About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Duty Manager to join our team at RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort. As a key member of our Conference & Events Operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals and delivering exceptional experiences to our guests and members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Conference & Event professionals to deliver exceptional experiences to guests and members
  • Work closely with department heads to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and presentation
  • Collaborate with the Conference & Events Operations Manager to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a 4-5* conferencing events environment
  • Proven track record of mentoring and guiding teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Availability to network and communicate with key stakeholders
