Job Description:

Seeking a seasoned professional to deliver high-quality transactional accounting and reporting services.

We require an individual with strong analytical skills, able to manage complex financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and provide timely reports to stakeholders.

This role involves developing strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvements, as well as collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies to optimize performance
  • Manage cash positions through timely settlements and confirmations of treasury transactions
  • Prepare audit data, assemble journals, and conduct monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations
Requirements:
  • High-level experience in SAP (ECC, SAP 6 or SAP 7, S4/H)
  • Accounting/Business diploma (preferred)
  • Significant experience in financial roles within complex commercial JV environments
  • Advanced analytical skills in MS Excel
  • Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance professionals
Role-Specific Accountabilities:
  • Receipt of funds into the General Ledger
  • Management of Joint Venture cash position through timely cash settlements
  • Settlement and confirmation of Treasury transactions
  • Audit data assembly and preparation
  • Posting of actual and accrual journals
  • Monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Bank account maintenance and support
