About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Development Manager to join our team in the Land Division. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' development activities across various operational areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage consultants to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Review design plans and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee and monitor development applications to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Liaise with local and state government bodies to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Review tender packages to ensure best value for money.
  • Engage with the community and manage communication efforts to ensure transparency and understanding.
  • Maintain records and track costs to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Assist with invoicing and billing processes to ensure timely payment.
  • Manage estate covenant applications and enforcement to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor estate presentation and enforcement to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Engage with builders to ensure effective collaboration and project delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective communication and promotion of projects.
  • Manage project timelines and contractor performance to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Monitor costs, budgets, and expenditure to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare financial reports to ensure transparency and understanding.

About You

  • You will have a solid understanding of the land development process, with a background in planning or engineering.
  • A qualification in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Property Development, or a related field is essential.
  • Experience in the Queensland development industry is required, with a demonstrated ability to contribute effectively to large-scale projects.
