- Be a committed member of the Catholic community or have a strong understanding of its values and mission.
- Hold relevant qualifications such as a Certificate IV in Youth Work or equivalent.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and families.
- Demonstrate a commitment to child protection and safeguarding principles.
